1. Q:  Where can I find my ItsMYurls Link?
    A: It is located right underneath the profile info area of your profile, in the section labeled My URL Link.
  2. Q: How do I take advantage of the "Twitter Top 5 Friends" feature?
    3. A: After you are logged in, click on the "Click to add friends" button in the bottom left, enter just the usernames of your top 5 twitter friends, then paste your ItsMyURLs link into your twitter profile web link, to connect your twitter page to all of your social network pages, websites, and twitter top 5 friends all within 1 click!   3. Q: How do I put an ItsMyURLs badge on my social network profile and webpages?
    A:  After you login to your ItsMyURLs account, select the "Create a Badge" link on the top right of the screen, follow the instructions next to the badge posting info, it consists of copying and pasting the given HTML code into your profile wherever the site instructs you to (e.g. Myspace is in the "about me" section).
  4. Q:  Is there a Facebook, or iphone app for ItsMYurls?
    A:  As of right now there are no Facebook or Iphone apps (they are in the works). Another cool way for your Facebook friends to access your ItsMYurls links is, if you type in your ItsMYurls link into your Facebook status update, it will pull your ItsMYurls photo as well as the About Me info and put it in your newsfeed. You can share your URL through your mobile phone by using your text URL from ItsMYurls.
  5. Q:  After I enter my Facebook URL, my ItsMYurls link doesn't go to my Facebook page?
    A:  After you login to your Facebook account, make sure you click on view my profile, and then copy the address that is in your internet browser address bar and paste it as your Facebook URL into your ItsMyURLs account, this is your public Facebook page URL.
  6. Q:  Every time that I try to upload a picture, I get an error, what's up?
    A:  All pictures must be under 100kb and jpeg format in order to upload. If you are still having issues after you have resized your image to under 100kb, please send an email to feedback@itsmyurls.com with the issue, and the photo if possible, so that our team can troubleshoot the issue.
  7. Q: How do I add my Email Address to my ItsMyURLs list?
    A: To add your email address link you must enter it in the following format. mailto:john.doe@gmail.com , in the "URL address" box, then in the "Title" box, enter whatever you choose. Something like "my email address" will be fine.
  8. Q:  How can I add my skype link to my ItsMyURLs List?
    9. A:  To add your Skype link to your ItsMyURLs List, you must enter it in the following format. skype:john.doe?call, in the "URL address" box, then in the "Title" box, enter whatever you choose. Something like "Call me on Skype Now!" will be fine.
